Just a quick note to thank you for what you’ve recently done to keep us up and running, troubleshooting, patiently problem solving and honestly working as a team to play to each other’s strengths. We have a new laptop screen working perfectly when we thought a total replacement was the only option and a newly configured replacement laptop when we hoped maybe the right wiggle on the power cord would work! We are a typical user group I would say! And meeting us at locations to make it easier for all of us for drop off and exchanges. I know this is what we pay you for but I really appreciate the attention you give and know how busy you are. The expertise you have in house really helps a small organization like ours and your team approach means sometimes the first solution proposed is overridden by a better option. Thank you!
